the review is base in delivery I really regret having used the FedEx service to send my package. This is one of the worst parcel shipping companies. FedEx express is wrong my package is almost 1 month old and until I don't have my package. FedEx staff in my country told me to come to their office and pay the fees for my package when I paid the fee I asked my package they told that my package is at Niamey airport I have to go by myself to see custome service paie and take my package. So that's a scam.
